EEKSAURUS is owned and mentored by the company's director E. Suresh (Suresh Eriyat), an alumnus of the National Institute of Design, who has over 22 years of experience in the field of design and film direction, especially
animation films.
Eeksaurus, a premium production company in India, has been around for more than 10 years with more than 150 films to its credit and has won more than 200 international and national accolades for its work. With a team strength of 35, the company has been consistently contributing to the changing perception among the Indian masses regarding animation films.

SURESH ERIYAT
For nearly three decades, Suresh Eriyat has pioneered the craft of animation on Indian screens. After graduating from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, in 1997, he established Famous House of Animation, where he created some unforgettable animated ads, shorts, music videos with many firsts. In 2009, he founded Studio Eeksaurus in partnership with Nilima Eriyat and he continues to make a mark for indian animation on a global platform.

NIJIN NAZEEM
Nijin Nazeem began his career as a Game Artist and later transitioned into the advertising and animation industry, where he has built over nine years of experience. He has worked in diverse roles including Pre-production Artist, Background Artist, Animator, Creative Director, Animation Director, and Co-Director. Nijin has been part of multiple award-winning projects, including National Award-winning and Annecy-nominated films from Studio Eeksaurus. His multidisciplinary approach and strong visual storytelling skills have made him a key contributor across various stages of production, consistently bringing creative depth and direction to the projects he leads.

REBECCA
RACHANA PAUL
Rebecca Rechana Paul is an animator from Kerala with an architectural background. After earning a postgraduate degree in Animation Film Design at NID Ahmedabad, she joined Studio Eeksaurus. There, she created her graduation short Unicorn Lady, portraying a cancer survivor’s journey, and is worked as a visual artist on 'Sri Aurobindo: A New Dawn'. She is now contributing to Sri Aurobindo Society's second film, shaping its visual language. Rebecca’s goal is to be a true artist, learning from masters and contributing to exceptional films and projects. She dreams of living joyfully by doing what she loves.

TANVI PALATHINKAL
Tanvi Palathinkal is a skilled 2D animator and pre-production artist with a strong foundation in digital media and art. She holds a degree in Animation and Digital Art from the Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, where she developed a keen eye for visual storytelling. Over the past three years at Studio Eeksaurus, Tanvi has contributed to a wide range of animation projects, including the acclaimed short film 'Sri Aurobindo: A New Dawn' as animator and colorist. Her work spans concept development, storyboarding, character design, and 2D animation, consistently blending artistic creativity with technical precision to craft engaging and emotionally resonant narratives.

RESUL POOKUTTY
Resul Pookutty is an Indian film sound designer, sound editor, and audio mixer. He won the Academy Award for Best Sound Mixing, along with Richard Pryke and Ian Tapp, for Slumdog Millionaire. Pookutty has worked in Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam languages in addition to British films. Pookutty made his debut in sound design with the 1997 film Private Detective: Two Plus Two Plus One. He has been a constant champion for all of Studio Eeksaurus’ passion projects, and the collaboration between him and Suresh is always an enriching layer to the project.

NILIMA ERIYAT
When co-founded Studio Eeksaurus with Suresh in 2009, Nilima took up the mantel of Executive Producer. With two decades of work experience across the field of Advertising and Film making, Nilima has been responsible for the sustained growth of Studio Eeksaurus from an animation studio to one of the most well-known film production houses in India, producing advertisements and short films.

NANDGAONKAR
Nishant Nandgaonkar holds a master’s in film & video design from MIT Institute of Design and completed an advanced mountaineering course at HMI Darjeeling in 2019. His early experiences on film sets and in the outdoors helped shape his skills in communication and people management. Since joining Studio Eeksaurus in 2024, he has grown into the role of project manager, contributing to projects like Kuku FM, PDF Promos, Kalki 2898 AD, and Desi Oon. He currently manages production for 'Sri Aurobindo: A Call to New India' while also exploring scripting, editing, and sound, with a deep passion for music in storytelling.

HARSH BHATI
Harsh is a visual development artist, deeply passionate about painting and visual storytelling. Originally trained as an architect, he transitioned into the world of art soon after graduation, and has since grown as a self-taught artist. His work spans a diverse range of mediums, including illustration, murals, plein air painting, concept art, 3D, and virtual reality.

KRATIKA SUNKAR
Kratika Sunkar is an animator, illustrator, and storyteller from Korba, Chhattisgarh. A graduate of the National Institute of Design, she has been working for the past three years as a senior animator and storyboard artist at Studio Eeksaurus. Her work blends honest storytelling with powerful themes around gender, social, and environmental issues, often drawing inspiration from Indian mythology, cinema, and everyday life. She was part of the creative team behind 'Sri Aurobindo: A New Dawn', a project that reflects her sensitivity to layered narratives and visual nuance. Kratika continually strives to grow—both as an artist and as a storyteller—seeking to create work that is both personal and universally resonant.

VIJAY KUMAR
Vijay Kumar, a graduate in commerce with a diploma in computer science, began his career in the Indian film industry in 2001. At a time when computer-based recording was just taking root in India, he was among the first to embrace the shift from analog to digital audio recording in the Hindi film industry. Starting off as a Foley mixer, he moved on to dialogue editing, sound effects editing, and sound design. He has worked on over 150 films in the past 20 years.

RAJIB MANDAL
Rajib Mandal has been a part of more than 70 animation films as an indispensable team mate at Famous House of Animation and Studio Eeksaurus. With 14 years of experience in animation film design his notable works include - Pre-production Artist and Animator of the Rotary Club Films, Team Lead for films such as for Rajasthan Tourism and the Signature film for PMNCH, Creative Director in Steps for Krok, made for the Krok film festival.

PRANAV RUPALA
Pranav Rupala is a 3D Production Lead with a deep passion for character animation. A graduate of the National Institute of Design (NID) with a background in visual communication design, he has honed his skills across the 3D production pipeline — from modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, to animation. Pranav’s work reflects his love for bringing characters to life and his keen understanding of the entire 3D workflow, making him a versatile and invaluable part of this project 'Sri Aurobindo: A Call to New India'.

GIA SUDHAKARAN
Gia Sudhakaran is an animator with a love for movement in all its forms. A graduate of the Manipal Institute of Communication with a Bachelor Degree in Animation, she currently works at Studio Eeksaurus. Her projects there include Britannia Winkin’ Cow, the 3D short series Simply Apuppan, and Sri Aurobindo Society’s upcoming animation film, where she’s helping to bring concept visuals into motion. Gia is working toward becoming a well-rounded animator across all mediums. Her goal is simple: to tell stories, craft gags, and make things move in ways that stay with you.

SHRI SRIRAM
Shri Sriram is an Indian born British mult-iinstrumentalist and producer. Shri specializes in acoustic, electric and electronic based live performances. Shri incorporates traditional Indian instruments into his music. Shri wrote the music for Google Chrome's launch ad in India. This film won the Gold and Silver awards at the Goa film festival, along with numerous awards for a lot of projects done in collaboration with Studio Eeksaurus.

FRANÇOIS
François Castellino is a renowned Voice Over Artist, Coach, Thespian, and Singer with over 30 years of experience. He has voiced for major global brands like The Grammys, GE, Wimbledon, and Toyota, and starred in musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar and Godspell. For over a decade, he has conducted voice training workshops, mentoring aspiring artists across age groups. In 2018, he received the National Award for Best Voice Over/Narration for The Lion of Ladakh. A TEDx speaker at BITS Pilani in 2020, François continues to collaborate with top talent and post-production teams worldwide.
